Dr. Phadke is M.D. (Ayur.) (Mum.) and has a Ph.D. (Yoga). He also has degrees like M.I.I.M. (Gold Medal), D.Opt. (Mum.), M.S. (Counseling & Psychotherapy), Adv. Dip. Yoga and Dip. in Yogic Education. Additionally, he is a Certified CBT Life Coach and REBT Mindset Life Coach (U.S.A.) and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (India, USA) and Past Life Regression Therapist, and a Certified Stress Management professional from ICSMP (Australia). He is a certified resource personnel for ISO 9000:2001 Audits of Health establishments by I.I.Q.M., and a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000:2001 Audits from the International Register of Certified Auditors (I.R.C.A.) (U.K.). He has certificates in Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), a Certificate in Quality Risk Management in Clinical Trials, Certificate in Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials from John Hopkins University, USA.
Dr. Phadke had a rich experience as an academician and has taught for more than 10 years at Ayurvedic Medical College as an Associate Professor & Head, of Dept. of Dravyaguna. He has worked extensively in the Pharma industry as a consultant to many national and multinational pharma companies for developing Ayurvedic products in ethical & OTC ranges in domestic & international markets for more than 25 years. Dr. Phadke is a practicing Ayurveda – Panchakarma Consultant as well as Yoga Consultant at his clinic – Dr. Aashish Phadke’s AYURVISION – Centre for Ayurveda and Panchakarma Therapy at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Chembur, and Vile Parle for more than 30 years. He is a teacher of Integrative Ayurvedic Dietetics for B.Sc & M.Sc Food & Nutrition students. He also teaches students of B.A, M.A. Diploma in Yoga at different yoga institutions. He is also faculty for M.Sc. Bio- Analytical program of Mumbai University at SIES College, Sion, Mumbai Dr. Phadke has been invited to present his research papers on Ayurveda in Italy, Germany, Netherlands, South Korea, and Nigeria. He has contributed five chapters in three textbooks and has 21 research papers published in peer-reviewed journals of Ayurveda/, Phyto pharmaceuticals. He has been invited to several conferences to deliver lectures/presentations on Ayurveda/ Yoga / Psychotherapy. He has been working as a reviewer in journals in the field of Ayurveda, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Science, and Yoga.
